Martin Lewis
Martin Lewis is a Journalist, TV presenter and author who specialises in providing financial advice on money saving and consumer credit. He presents the ITV daytime show Make Me Rich and is author of bestselling book The Money Diet. He runs the website MoneySavingExpert.com, which is ranked the biggest consumer & personal finance site in the UK.He has run two major campaigns petitioning for change in the advertisments of loan products on TV, the first aiming to have the adverts banned from Children's Television, the second aiming at stopping celebrities endorsing these products, especially targetting Carol Vorderman, who is seen as a credible figure because of her mathematical skill. Both these campaigns have been the subject of parlimentary Early day motions.
